📱 Delete from the app

Follow these steps to delete your account directly inside choobi:

  1. Open the choobi app on your device
  2. Tap the menu icon (top left) to open the drawer
  3. Tap Settings
  4. Scroll down to Account Actions
  5. Tap Delete Account & Data
  6. Confirm when prompted

Your account and all associated data — including journal entries, conversations, memories, mood history, and goals — will be permanently and immediately deleted. This action cannot be undone.

📧 Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at info@lintio.org with the subject line "Delete my account" and the email address associated with your choobi account. We will process your request within 7 days.

📋 What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your account profile (name, email address)
  • All journal entries
  • All chat conversations
  • All saved memories
  • Mood history and goal data
  • Notification preferences
  • Encryption keys stored on your device

⚠️ Before you delete

If you have an active Choobi Plus subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you will continue to be billed. Please cancel your subscription first:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Choobi Plus → Cancel
  • Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Choobi Plus → Cancel

After cancelling, return to the app and delete your account.
