Beta Testing Terms

1. Participation

By downloading choobi via TestFlight or accepting a beta invite, you agree to these Beta Testing Terms, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Beta access is provided at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time. Participation is voluntary and unpaid.

2. Nature of beta software

choobi is currently in active development. As a beta tester, you acknowledge that:

• The app may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
• Features may change, be added, or removed without prior notice.
• The app may crash, behave unexpectedly, or lose data.
• Performance and stability may not reflect the final product.

We strongly recommend not storing sensitive or irreplaceable information in the app during the beta period.

3. Confidentiality

The choobi beta contains features, designs, and functionality that have not been publicly released. You agree to keep all non-public aspects of the beta confidential and specifically agree not to:

• Share screenshots, screen recordings, or videos of unreleased features publicly.
• Post beta content on social media, forums, review sites, or public channels without written permission from choobi.
• Share your TestFlight invite link or account access with others.
• Discuss unreleased features in public without our express permission.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of your beta access.

4. Feedback and suggestions

We actively encourage you to share feedback, bug reports, feature requests, and suggestions. By submitting feedback through any channel (including but not limited to the in-app feedback form, email, or TestFlight), you agree that:

• choobi and its parent company Lintio Limited may use your feedback freely to improve the product or for any other purpose.
• We are under no obligation to compensate you, credit you, or implement your suggestions.
• You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, adapt, and incorporate your feedback into our products and services.

We read and genuinely appreciate every piece of feedback submitted.

5. No warranty

The beta version of choobi is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the beta will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for damages arising from your use of the beta, including data loss, device issues, or any reliance placed on AI-generated content.

6. Not a medical service

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact emergency services or a qualified mental health professional immediately.

7. Data during beta

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, during the beta period:

• We may reset or migrate data as part of development updates.
• We cannot guarantee data persistence across beta versions.
• We may collect additional diagnostic data to identify and fix bugs, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination of access

We may revoke your beta access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also opt out of the beta at any time by uninstalling the app via TestFlight.

9. Governing law

These Beta Testing Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, consistent with our Terms of Service.
